Since 2009, the Fire Slice team has been serving up Amarillo's best pizza, craft beer, unique wines and other delicious food. We focus on YOU and want to provide an amazing dining experience each time you visit. Our special process for making dough yields a crust like no one else's - especially when baked in our perfectly tuned brick ovens. We only procure the freshest, highest quality ingredients we can find- locally, when possible - including artisan cured meats and cheeses. We make our food from SCRATCH, including our house-made Italian sausage, delectable meatballs, sauces & pesto, salad dressing, dessert & more.

DELISH pizza I randomly found and so glad I did! I honestly couldn’t believe how empty it was when I visited. It made me wonder if people just don’t know this place exists because it definitely deserves more attention. It’s tucked away on the back side of a strip center, so it’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. I ordered one of the specialty pizzas and customized it with a couple of extra toppings, and it was absolutely fantastic. The crust was delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and everything was cooked perfectly. I couldn’t leave without trying the blackberry bread pudding for dessert, and I’m so glad I did. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already great meal. If you’re in Amarillo and love pizza, don’t let the hidden location fool you. Fire Slice is absolutely worth seeking out, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town!

This place was amazing!!! Great everything, wonderful gluten free pizza, and they even had a GF creme brule cheesecake. This is a hidden gem that I will be going back to whenever I'm in town!!

Wings were phenomenal. Very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Pizza was good, it just needed more sauce imo. I built my own pizza with pesto sauce and the sauce felt non-existent. I'll be back for the wings! Or maybe order a side of pesto or marinara sauce to dip the pizza in, bc I did love how crisp the crust was

Food was delicious. Hubby and I love pizza. Fire Slice is a top favorite on our trip. The smores stromboli was to die for.
